Have you been to all 6 of these children’s museums? These would make a great spring break idea!

1. @thinkeryatx is the only children’s museum that’s actually in Austin! Bring a change of clothes in case they get soaked in the water room! There’s a baby room, lots for toddlers/preschoolers, and even a room that’s fun for older kids!

2. @sciencemilltx is in Johnson City. Best for older kids, ages 5 and up!

3. @tcm_kids is in Temple. Best for babies, toddlers, preschoolers. It’s small but super fun!

4. @mckennakids is in New Braunfels. It’s fantastic! Best for younger kids. You may want a change of clothes for the outdoor water play area.

5. @thedoseum is in San Antonio. This is our favorite one! Best for all ages. It’s huge and there’s so much to do!

6. @maybornmuseum is in Waco. It’s not huge, but there’s plenty to do! Right now their featured exhibit is on space. You could also add a trip to the @cpzoo or the @drpeppermuseum while you’re in Waco!

We came here for my birthday and had such a blast! Get a group of friends together (6-44 players) and play several tv game shows against each other. You can choose your teams or let the place choose for you. Such a fun group date night outing!

Their website says they can accommodate for older kids if you reach out to them in advance and plan something, but I would save this one for when you all get babysitters and want to have a fun adults-only night out doing something unique!
