Park Picnic
We love to pick up treats from a local bakery or even order a charcuterie board and have a picnic at a local park! Last year we got cookies from Quack’s 43rd Street Bakery (411 E 43rd St, Austin) and brought them over to Shipe Park (4400 Avenue G, Austin).
Some other fun places to picnic around Austin are the big hill at Little Stacy Park, under the gazebo at Springwoods Park, or visit the animals at Sweet Eats Fruit Farm!

The Color Pink!
There are a few places around town where you can surround yourself in the color pink! Try The Museum of Ice Cream, Revival Coffee, and Taquero Mucho. Museum of Ice Cream is even offering 2-for-1 tickets from February 11-14, 2022!
You can also drive a pink retro boat (the Gidget!) from Retro Boat Rentals and cruise along Town Lake in style. They have day time or sunset rides available.

Murals
Obviously, the I Love You So Much mural on the side of Jo’s Coffee on South Congress is the perfect backdrop for a Valentine’s Day photo-op.
Paint Love
Painting with a Twist is offering a class for kids 5 and up just perfect for Valentine’s Day! Paint a heartful tree in South Austin on February 13, 2022. The North Austin location has a cute all-ages dinosaur heart set painting on February 13, 2022 as well.
H Mart
One of the most fun things you can do as a family is hang out at H Mart! They have so much to do, even for kids! Play in the arcade, browse the boutiques, stroll through the grocery store. Let the kids pick out a random piece of produce they’ve never tried! Then when you’ve worked up a big appetite, head over to their amazing food court. Don’t forget the bakery and rolled ice cream for dessert! Oh, and if you’re in the market for new blinds, they have those too.
