🥾 + 🍧 FUN + FOOD PAIRING: Lost Creek hike and @woodysshaveiceatx
🚗 Park down by the entrance to the Lost Creek Country Club, cross the street and go under the bridge.
🥾 It’s a short hike down to the water and there’s usually water there year round. Get there early to avoid the admission they sometimes charge.
🍧 @woodysshaveiceatx is just up the road and has the best shave ice made with natural ingredients and fresh fruit (not fake syrup or artificial flavor)! They are open Thursday & Friday 4-8pm and weekends from 12-8pm.
📍 1158 Lost Creek Blvd
@austinwithkids also found a sweet playground in this neighborhood, so check out her post on that!

5️⃣ REASONS TO GET A ROCK’N RIVER SEASON PASS:
1. Once a month they have early entry for season pass holders only! There are zero lines at the slides, you get free swag, free food like hot dogs and ice cream, free raffle tickets for prizes, and your first pick of a shady spot!
2. You can bring in your own coolers and food! This is HUGE. No other water parks let you bring your own food in and it saves soooo much money. But if you choose to eat at the park, there’s a concession stand and food trucks.
3. You can swim by a replica of THE Round Rock. This *may* be even more exciting than seeing the actual Round Rock. 😉
4. The season pass costs less than the other local water parks.
5. It’s a better size/less overwhelming than larger, more crowded water parks in town. I like this park best for little kids. My older boys would probably prefer more slide options, but I feel like it’s still a good fit for our family.
⭐️ Even if you don’t buy the season pass, it’s still a great deal. They also offer half-price twilight hours from 5pm-close.
❗️Don’t forget they’re closed on Wednesdays❗️
