Why We Choose Fast Park & Relax
We ended up using Fast Park & Relax by accident one year. We were on our way to the airport and it was pouring rain. It was so early in the morning that it was still dark out. We hadn’t pre-booked any parking, but since we were flying at Christmas time, we decided to check the airport parking situation on the way driving to the airport. Then we discovered that the airport long-term parking was already completely full!
We panicked and scrambled to make a reservation somewhere else close by the airport and ended up randomly booking Fast Park & Relax that morning while we were driving. When we got there, we were so pleasantly surprised by our experience! First of all, the parking was COVERED! Anyone who has parked at the airport’s long-term parking knows that this isn’t the case over there. Second, the shuttle PICKED US UP AT OUR CAR! What??? We didn’t have to walk through the pouring rain to find a shuttle at the end of our aisle (which would sometimes even pass us by if they were too full). All we had to do was get out of our car, grab our luggage, and board the shuttle right there- AT OUR CAR! How easy is that?!
The shuttle ride to the airport is super quick as well. I was worried that since it wasn’t an airport lot that it would take too long, but man was I wrong. It’s just as fast (if not faster!) than the airport shuttle. Plus, the drivers are so friendly!
When we got back in to Austin and hopped on the Fast Park & Relax shuttle, they dropped us back off right at our car. Not at the aisle our car was in, but the actual spot we parked in! Incredible!
Visit The Longhorns (Only In Austin!!!)
