Join your favorite Princesses, Heroes, Villains, and Halloween Friends for a fright-filled night of fun! Event Information: Characters: Jack Skellington, Sally Skellington, Cruella de Ville, Bruno Madrigal, Mirabel Madrigal, Elsa, Rapunzel, Spider - Man,  Belle, Tinker Bell, and Cinderella. *Please note characters are subject to change without notice Activities: Meet your favorite characters, take unlimited photos, get a glitter tattoo from Tinker Bell, dance with Cinderella on the dance floor, paint a pumpkin with Rapunzel, explore the gorgeous venue, fill up your goodie bag at the Trick or Treat Stations, and enjoy our Bounce House, all included with a Base Ticket Purchase! For an additional cost, you can enjoy a petting zoo by Tiny Tails to You or Halloween Cocktails, Beverages, and Snacks from the expert chefs and bartenders at The Viata. *We are happy to accommodate for allergies. Please let us know what you or your guests' allergies are so we can have candy options for you* Timing: We have several showtimes to choose from throughout the day on Sunday, October 29th 2023. We recommend arriving 15 minutes prior to the event to find parking. Check- in will begin 5 minutes before each showtime. Additional showtimes may be added based on interest. Showtimes:    Location: Boo Bash 2023 by Just Add Magic Entertainment will be held at the beautiful Hotel Viata, 320 S Capital of Texas Hwy, West Lake Hills, TX 78746 in the Ballroom and Courtyard. Ticket Information: One base ticket must be purchased per party. This allows entry into Boo Bash for 1 adult and 1 child. Additional adult or child tickets can be added on for +$12 each. A Petting Zoo ticket upgrade allows access for 1 adult or child into the petting zoo by Tiny Tails to You. Petting Zoo ticket upgrades can be purchased for +$10 each. Tickets are available online for $40 a base ticket, and at the door for $55 a base ticket. We strongly recommend pre-purchasing tickets online. This is a family-friendly event. We promise our villains will be on their best behavior to not scare the kids

There’s so much for kids to do here! An entire kids section that has bouldering, a slide, a warped wall, ropes climbing/belay, and more!

I also love how welcoming they are towards kids in the adult section. My kids wanted to try some more challenging stuff out in the big area and they were encouraged to try it! There’s a helpful code system that has cute little animal faces to show the difficulty level. For example, my kids mostly stuck to the “Sloth” belays (the easiest ones).

@simar_atx is such an ideal place to eat out for families in Austin! Here’s why we love it:

🧸 Indoor/outdoor play area. Is it indoors? Is it outdoors? It’s both! 👏 Such a genius concept and I’ve never seen anything else like it. Perfect for patio season (right now!!!) but also hot weather or cold weather. It’s covered and indoors but also right off the patio so it’s sort of outside too? Whatever you call it, I think it’s perfect!! There’s so much to play with and it’s a large play area so even if it’s crowded there’s still plenty of room and lots to do!
🌮 Everything was delicious but my favorite hands down was the mini starter tacos 🤤
🪑 They have a gorgeous patio that’s covered so you can enjoy it almost year round.
🤩It’s a big place and would be a great spot for a large group/family gathering!

🍣My youngest isn’t a big eater, so we were able to order a single roll for him a la carte and not pay the All You Can Eat price!

🍦The fried ice cream at the end was a fun experience too.

How it works:
1️⃣ Buy a beer passport at the link in my bio. You will get one beer at 16 local businesses. Right now it’s only $20 (but will eventually go up to $25).
2️⃣ Bring your passport with you once it arrives in the mail. I recommend keeping it in your purse or your car so you don’t forget it. There is no way to use the passport electronically. If you forget to bring it with you, you are out of luck!
3️⃣ The brewery will stamp your passport and you will select one free beer. Some spots let you choose whatever you want and others have a limited passport menu.
4️⃣ Use your passport as early as Dec 1 and all the way through April 30, 2025!
