Sweet Berry Farm, located in Marble Falls, TX, offers pick-your-own strawberries. Their season usually starts at the end of February or in March, depending on the year. Hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Sundays from 1-5 p.m. Admission is FREE, only pay for what you want to do. Activities include: strawberry picking (seasonal) $.75 for picking box & $3.50 per pound of strawberries, tulip picking (seasonal) $5 to enter tulip field, plus $2 per tulip,feeding the goats $.25 per cup of food, pony rides $7 weekends only, bounce pillows $3.75 for 8 minutes, barrel train rides $3.75, sand art $4.39, paint-a-pot $5.54. They also have a pumpkin patch and other activities in the fall.

Jenschke Orchards, situated in Fredericksburg, TX, growing over 30 varieties of peaches in addition to strawberries, blackberries, pumpkins, and Christmas trees. Peaches are ripe May-August. Blackberries are ripe beginning late May/early June. They charge $4 per pound for You-Pick strawberries. They also charge a one time $2 berry box fee then you can bring that back with you for future visits. Strawberry Season for 2023 beings around April 1 (call ahead to verify). Their hours are Tuesday-Thursday and Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Sunday 12-5 p.m. They may also have blackberries available to pick come May. Call ahead to inquire about this year’s peach picking price (it varies each year). There is no charge to enter the farm. Only pay for what you want to do (like fruit picking, the bounce pillow, etc).
