Trailhead Park + Canyon Creek Nature Trail, 10984 Boulder Ln, Austin has some really great trees to climb.
Central Market North Lamar has the perfect climbing tree. It’s just down the path from the patio/playground, just past the little duck pond.
Bailey Neighborhood Park has a great tree for climbing (and a splash pad if you get too hot!):
Dick Nichols has one of the best spots for climbing (and hanging out for a while).
Twin Creeks Historical Park has a tree that’s perfect for climbing right by the historical house. It’s a paved path all the way to get there.
Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center has several of the best climbing trees in all of Austin.
Mayfield Park has a few trees that are irresistible to tree climbing kids.
Blunn Creek Nature Preserve has a few enormous oak trees that are a fun challenge for tree climbers.
Elizabeth Milburn Park in Cedar Park has so many climbable trees everywhere!
Springwoods Park has a walking path that leads to plenty of climbing trees.
Play For All Abilities has some pretty easy to climb trees for the younger kids.
Landa Park in New Braunfels has a huge tree right before you get to the Panther Canyon Nature Trail.
Veterans Memorial Park in the Fern Bluff neighborhood of Round Rock (17813 Park Valley Drive) has a huge climbing tree.
Brightwater Park in the same neighborhood also has an epic tree to climb.
Berry Springs Park in Georgetown has plenty of pecan trees just perfect for climbing.
McKinney Falls State Park has trees along the creek.
Pease Park has climbing trees throughout the park, and little ones next to the nature-inspired play area.
Shipe Park has a big tree, a cool mosaic mural, a playground, and a big open field.
Lott Pocket Park is tiny but there’s a good climbing tree there (and a splash pad too)!
