Hours & Admission

Tips

Our number one tip is when to arrive. If you get there right when it opens, you have a good chance of getting a spot in the shade. Another great time to come is around 12:30 p.m., when most people pack up to go home for lunch and naps.

Another fun tip is to bring sand toys. If the kids are getting bored of the water play, take them over to the sand pit side (on the other side of the entry gate.

Tip number 3 is to visit the Cedar Rock Railroad either before or after visiting Quarry Splash Pad. Its in the same park. They are open Tuesday – Sunday. It’s only $3.50 (under 12 months free). They are now cashless, so bring credit cards to ride the train. The train departs at :15 and :45 each hour during peak season and once an hour on off-season. You get a 15 minute ride through the park. Check their Facebook page for updates and closures before you go! There’s a small play area over here as well.
