Nothing makes much sense in this heat anymore. There’s no where to go but somewhere with cold AC. My kids are big fans of arcades, but you can blow through those game cards too fast. $10 is gone is less than 5 minutes! Cidercade to the rescue! Here’s why Cidercade makes the most sense for kids: they have all-you-can-play arcade games once you pay the $10 admission. Plus COLD AC, yummy pizza, a pretty patio with a view, and cider (for the adults).

Games

They have a great mix of new and retro games, skee ball, pinball machines, and more.

Patio

We adore the patio here! Big swinging bench seats, half is covered and half is open. Plus THIS IS THE VIEW!!!

Inside Lounging

The inside is COLD (seriously, bring a sweater in the summer!), and if you’d rather not play the games, you can lounge in this area with comfy chairs and couches.

The Food

The pizza is very good and they offer it gluten free as well!

Our favorite thing might just be the dessert pizza though. Flavors change seasonally.

The only real downside in coming here is that they only offer cider. So if you don’t like cider, you’re out of luck. But you’ll be having so much fun playing all your old favorite arcade games that you won’t even miss regular beer!

It’s Clean!

We love that there are so many giant bottles of hand sanitizer throughout the building. They can usually be found on these barrels at the end of rows of games.

Stools for Shorties!

But how will little kids reach those tall arcade games? Cidecade has thoughtfully places stools all over the place. My 4 year old likes to stack a few on top of each other and carries them around with him. It’s perfect!
