This is probably our favorite Austin brewery. It’s so hard to choose just one! But we really love the beers, the tree covered beer garden, the food trucks, the playground, and the turf covered soccer field for the kids to play on. Plus they often have great bands that play on the stage.

There is a tiny playground here, so it made the list. It’s really more like turf-covered hills and yard games like Connect 4, but it’s enough to keep the kids occupied while you enjoy a beer and relax.

Austin Beerworks – Sprinkle Valley

This is the new location for Austin Beerworks, and it’s a good one! They have a beautiful outdoor space with a shaded playground, toys, and disc golf. There’s also an indoor “Family Room” with tv shows for kids, toys, and games (all in the AC!) They also have hats, sunscreen, and bug spray to borrow if you forgot yours and want to sit outside.

Jester King has always been a family favorite, with the wide open space to play and the goats, but they recently added a playground and we could not be more excited!

Fitzhugh has a lovely beer garden with an impressive playscape, tree covered tables, and even some lawn games like Connect 4. It’s just down the street from both Jester King and Beerburg Brewing, making it easy to brewery-hop (if that’s a thing).
