In celebration of National Ice Cream Day (NICD) Museum of Ice Cream is spreading the love of ice cream! To honor their favorite day, MOIC is giving out 1,000 free tickets! Ice cream fans on Instagram will be asked to share their sweetest ice cream memory for the chance to win a pair of tickets for a future visit!

Guests who scoop up tickets will enjoy exclusive sweets and treats created just for the holiday! Visitors will get a sprinkle crown and NICD popsicle. In the cafe, you can order a special NICD Sundae. There’s simply no better place for the ice-cream obsessed to celebrate the sweetest day of the year!

General admission tickets for Sunday, July 17, 2022 start at $32 for adults. Free for children aged 2 and below. Tickets are available here. Museum of Ice Cream Austin is open Thursday to Monday and is located at 11506 Century Oaks Terrace #128 at The Domain. There’s so much for kids to do here! An entire kids section that has bouldering, a slide, a warped wall, ropes climbing/belay, and more!

I also love how welcoming they are towards kids in the adult section. My kids wanted to try some more challenging stuff out in the big area and they were encouraged to try it! There’s a helpful code system that has cute little animal faces to show the difficulty level. For example, my kids mostly stuck to the “Sloth” belays (the easiest ones).

@simar_atx is such an ideal place to eat out for families in Austin! Here’s why we love it:

🧸 Indoor/outdoor play area. Is it indoors? Is it outdoors? It’s both! 👏 Such a genius concept and I’ve never seen anything else like it.
