Why we love it
The Doseum is huge, but doesn’t feel overwhelming. We love that we can bring all 3 of our kids here and they all are captivated and entertained the whole time. There are multiple outdoor areas to explore, including a bubbles exhibit, a cool treehouse, water exhibit, a playground, and more. The inside if just as exciting. We could spend an entire day in the ball room alone. I appreciate how much there is to see and do for kids of all ages!
A World of Interactive Learning
At The DoSeum, every exhibit is designed with the curious mind of a child in focus. From the moment you step into the vast, colorful halls, you’re greeted with a world where touch, play, and experimentation are not just encouraged but celebrated. The museum’s hands-on approach to learning dismantles the barriers between education and fun, making it a place where children can freely explore concepts of science, technology, engineering, art, and math (STEAM) in a way that feels like pure play.
Tips
- Bring a change of clothes in case the kids get wet at the water exhibit or the bubbles exhibit.
- Bring snacks and water. There’s a restaurant (Bakery Lorraine) there if you’d prefer to buy food there. Eat only in designated areas.
- Prepare to spend hours here. My kids never want to leave. We have stayed for over 4 hours and still didn’t see it all.
