What a special and inspiring night! Like most 80’s and 90’s kids, I grew up watching PBS. Sesame Street taught me how to count to 10 in Spanish. I loved Mister Rogers, Reading Rainbow, 3-2-1 Contact, The Electric Company. But my favorite show of all time when I was a kid was The Joy of Painting With Bob Ross. I would set up my paints and paint along with him every day during the summer. In real time! No pausing the tv back then.
My kids have grown up watching PBS as well. They still do! This event was so meaningful to me and our family.
New shows like High School Quiz Show Austin and Carl The Collector have me excited for the future of PBS.

After shopping or attending story time, walk next door to Whole Foods north Lamar for lunch on the roof by the rooftop playground! 🙌 That is an epic day!

Check out this family friendly spot the next time you’re in Wimberley! 🤗 Part beer garden, part ice cream shop, and 18 holes of the coolest mini golf! The quirky art at each hole reminded me of Peter Pan Mini Golf in Austin, and it turns out that it was the same artist who designed both! 🤯 So cool! This spot is all Texas-themed holes which made it extra fun. The best one was the Mount Baldy replica with the actual amount t Baldy in the background. Amazing!!

👉Why we love it:
🐰 The Easter Bunny here was top notch! We got so much face time with the Bunny. He was very animated and funny, played with the kids and was so much fun!
🍳The buffet was incredible. So delicious I wish I had 3 stomachs. Everyone agreed that the food was amazing. Something for everyone! There was even more than what was shown in this video.
🥂My husband and I were greeted with free glasses of Prosecco when we arrived! Everyone was so cheerful and friendly and made us feel very welcome.
🍰 A @caketinibar.co was so much fun! We all loved making our own cake creations.
🎸 Live acoustic guitar was lovely.
🥚 Egg hunts in the courtyard every hour! You could participate before you ate or after.
