Zilker Eagle Mini Train

Ticket Information:

• Price: $6.00 (plus tax) per person
• Children under 2: Free
• Purchase: Tickets are available at the train depot on a first-come, first-served basis. Both cash and credit cards are accepted.

Parking:

Guests are encouraged to park in the playscape or rugby field parking lots. My Zilker Eagle guide has some tips for this as well. For detailed parking information, please refer to the City of Austin’s guidelines.

Group Reservations:

Planning a school trip, birthday party, or group outing? Schools can enjoy a $1.00 discount per ticket with prior arrangements and a valid tax-exempt certificate. Groups are defined as 20 or more students. To schedule, email info@zilkertrain.org.

Community Hours:

Thanks to the Bill Wood Foundation, the first Friday of each month is designated as Community Hours, offering free rides for individual riders all day. Donations are welcome and support the Austin Parks Foundation.

Train Rules:

• Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
• No strollers allowed on the train.
• Children under 2 must sit on an adult’s lap.
• Pets are not permitted, except for service animals.
• Passengers must remain seated and keep limbs inside the train at all times.
