Barks For Beers: All The Best Kid-Friendly Breweries 2025
Barks For Beers is a fundraising event for Divine Canines, a local organization that provides free therapy dog services. You can purchase a “Pawsport” at any one of the participating breweries and you will receive one free beer at each brewery! To get your free beer, they will stamp your Pawsport, so make sure you remember to bring it with you! There’s no other way to prove you’ve already purchased one. The Pawsport is valid May 1-31, 2025. Everyone loves Frontyard! Let the kids run around and play while you relax with your beer.
Roughhouse Brewing
If you want to go a little further out to San Marcos, this is a great little kid-friendly brewery with a play area! Here are some other fun things to do in San Marcos so you can make a day of it!
Vista Brewing
Vista Brewing is just so beautiful! There’s a spacious beer garden with lots of seating and a playground under the trees.
Fast Friends Beer Co
Playground is up and ready for play! They also have a large beer garden, yard games, and an inside seating area upstairs that’s air conditioned if you want to stay cool. We love their pizza!
Old Gregg Brewing Company
This is our new favorite brewery! We absolutely loved everything about this place. Great food, beer, and cocktails. Gorgeous indoor/outdoor covered patio, yard games, pool table, board games, and a play area for kids is coming soon.
Prost Alehouse
Prost is in downtown Pflugerville and has a playground out back!
Oddwood Brewing
A shaded kids play area outside, an arcade inside, and great pizza and beer! What more could you want?
Rockabilly Brewing
A small brewery with indoor/outdoor seating, a BBQ food truck, and kids play area in Hutto.
