Fall is officially in the air, and that means it’s time for pumpkin patches, hayrides, and all the cozy autumn festivals Austin has to offer. Whether you’re hunting for the perfect pumpkin, snapping family photos, or just soaking in the season, here’s your guide to the best Austin pumpkin patches and fall festivals for 2026.

Marble Falls

Sweet Berry Farm, 1801 FM1980, Marble Falls

The Pumpkin Patch at Sweet Berry Farm is opening on September 10, 2026. Visiting Sweet Berry Farm’s Harvest of Fall Fun is a classic Austin-area pumpkin patch that we visit almost every year. Fair warning: it’s very popular and can get very busy, especially on weekends! The good thing is, it’s a big property and there is so much to do, so it’s worth the drive and braving the crowds. Parking and admission are free, so you only pay for the activities your family chooses to do, we love that about this farm. Reminder that they are closed Wednesdays, so plan accordingly! Farm activities include: bounce pillows, crafts, photo-ops, mazes, hay ride, pony rides, goat feeding, and pumpkin picking.

Open Thursday-Sunday from 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Mondays from 10 a.m. – 4 p.m. Closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays!

Minimal concession is offered, and bringing your own food and water is allowed. The Pumpkin Grille is open from 10am-4pm on WEEKENDS ONLY in October. Serving hot dogs, peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, pickles, chips, and drinks. 

Recommended to bring: stroller/wagon, closed toe shoes that can get dirty, drinking water. No pets allowed.

There is no fee for admission, but you do have to pay for each activity you want to do. This can range from $3.75-9.

Georgetown

Sweet Eats Fruit Farm, 14400 E State Hwy 29, Georgetown

The fall festivities at Sweet Eats Fruit Farm start September 19th, and run through November 8th, 2026. This farm has fun pumpkin patch photo-ops, apple slinging, zip line swings, pig races, petting zoo, pony rides, corn maze, shows and so much more! You pay a bundle price, per person, to enjoy all the activities. We love it so much here, we even bought their annual passes to visit often. Prices vary by date, and day of the week.

September hours: Everyday 9am- 6pm (extended hours in October).

You have to purchase admission to enter the farm and all of the activities are free once inside. You can visit the pumpkin patch only for free (no farm admission) for the month of September. In October, the patch itself is free Mon-Fri, with a $5-10 admission fee on weekends. Pumpkin patch is included with the price of farm admission (not a separate fee).

Leander

Texas Pumpkin Fest, 8760 FM 2243, Leander

Texas Pumpkin Fest is open Saturdays & Sundays from October 10th – November 1st, 2026. Plus October 12th & 30th!

This family fun-filled festival is $15/person, with free parking. We enjoy their pumpkin bowling, yard games, all the photo-ops, and the big hay mountain and train ride. Food trucks and alcohol is sold on site. Some activities are included with price of admission, and some may cost extra. No pets allowed.

Elgin

Evergreen Farms, 242 Monkey Rd, Elgin

They may best be known for their Christmas trees, but they also have a Pumpkin Hunt every year. Opening Day October 3, 2026. Open every weekend in October. Saturdays: 10am- 5pm Sundays: 1pm- 5pm

Activities include: pumpkin hunt, train ride, fishing pond, spinner, pumpkin launcher, axe throwing, zip line, bounce house, and more.
Free admission & parking. Each activity costs $3.50, with bulk package options available. 10% discount to all active Military Personnel and First Responders.

LaGrange

The Jersey Barnyard, 3117 State Hwy 159 LaGrange

The Jersey Barnyard Pumpkin Patch located in La Grange, offers a variety of pumpkins and a full fun farm experience. With a large variety of specialty pumpkins, jack o-lanterns, squashes, decorative corn, mums, gourds and more, there is something for everyone. Pumpkin painting kits are also available.

Open the last week of September through October!

Temple

The Fall Festival at Robinson Family Farm is held on weekends from September 26th-November 1, 2026. Pumpkins, photo-ops, games, axe throwing, food trucks, live music, and more!

Mama Mary’s Farm & Pumpkin Patch, 5701 Williamson Rd, Creedmoor

Mama Mary’s Farm & Pumpkin Patch is open Wednesday-Sunday from Sept 26th-October 31st from 9 a.m. – 7 p.m. and Wednesday-Sunday from Nov 1-8, 2026 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Farm is closed Monday-Tuesday.

Dripping Springs Pumpkin Festival

Uhland Fall Fest offers 6 weekends of unlimited fun! Saturdays & Sunday, September 26- November 1, 2026. They have activities, games, food, photo ops, and music. $18 admission, Saturdays & Sundays only 10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Free parking, kids 5 and under are free.

The pumpkin patch at Indian Springs Ranch is open (dates TBD)

They will have exotic animals, a playground, and photo-ops. On weekends, they will also have food vendors, a jumping pillow, and face painting. There’s nothing really that special about the pumpkin patch itself, but the main reason you should check this place out is the exotic animals you can feed and interact with! Tickets can be purchased online or in person. Parking is free.

Round Rock

Old Settlers Park has its own pumpkin festival. There’s a train, a bounce house, yard games, a corn pit, and live animals like goats. It’s located right across from Dell Diamond at Old Settlers Park. October 2-31st, 2026 Open Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and Mondays.

10 a.m. – 7 p.m. Friday-Monday $10/person Ages 3 & up. Teachers are always free! Military and First Responders are always free! 65+ and 2 and under, always free!

King of Kings Pumpkin Patch, 17000 Smyers Ln, Round Rock

A free, family-friendly pumpkin patch featuring photo ops and pumpkins of all shapes and sizes for purchase will open October 5 at King of Kings Lutheran Church in Round Rock. Open October 11-31, 2026. Monday-Friday | 1-7pm     Saturday | 10am-7pm     Sunday | 12-7pm
