Music on Main is Free Family Fun in Round Rock

The Music on Main Spring Concert Series is back in Downtown Round Rock, and it’s ringing in the season in the most enchanting way. This is one of the most fun running events in downtown Round Rock, with lots of great bands playing for the public for free, including the kids from School of Rock, which is always a blast.

2026 Spring Series

Location

Prete Plaza, downtown Round Rock. If you’ve ever been to downtown Round Rock, you may know this spot next to the old library (and not too far from the new one), with the blue shade covers. During the summer, sometimes they have splash pads running in this spot, and there always seem to be kiddos having fun.

Hours and Admission

Music on Main is free! It begins on Wednesday, March 25, 2026 and runs every Wednesday night through June 24, 2026.

Know Before You Go

Eat at one of the many restaurants on Main Street while listening to music in the background, or pack a picnic basket to enjoy the evening of fun and music! Bring a lawn chair or blanket and the entire family. There will be face painting, balloon artists, free parking and more!

The most convenient spot to get a bite is probably pizza at 600 Degrees right next door. A little tip for you, if you’re getting your pizza to go, you have to go around the building and walk to the side entrance on Lampasas.
