Día de los Muertos at Waterloo Park Nov 1-2 at 6 p.m. Waterloo Greenway will transform the Moody Amphitheater stage at Waterloo Park into a beautiful “ofrenda,” or altar, inviting the community to contribute their own photos, mementos, and traditions.
